Catching Programs - RBT Programs

Catchers Programs RBT Program

The Catchers U® Catchers Receiving, Blocking, and Throwing Program (RBT Program) is designed specifically for catchers focused on developing elite receiving, blocking, and throwing skills - the foundational tools of every great catcher.  Structured around the demands of real-game situations, these 6-week programs provides weekly sessions that will fully prepare catchers for the challenges of their upcoming season.  

Hitting Programs

Winter Hitting Programs

Catchers U® has added hitting to its program, aiming to equip players with a solid mechanical foundation through expert instruction and the right tools for success. We focus on teaching the core fundamentals of hitting while also helping players understand the "why" behind every movement and decision at the plate.
