Catchers U® Policy

At Catchers U®, we are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality baseball and softball instruction to every participant. To maintain the integrity of our programs and ensure fairness for all athletes and families, we have established the following policy:

1. Attendance Responsibility: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions promptly and consistently. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, we encourage all athletes to make attendance a priority in order to gain the full benefit of our programs and respect the commitment of coaches and fellow participants.

2. No Makeup Sessions: Catchers U® does not offer makeup sessions for missed instructional programs. Each session is part of a carefully structured schedule designed to maximize learning and development for all participants. Offering makeup sessions would disrupt program continuity and may not align with coach and facility availability.

3. Notification of Absences: If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, we kindly ask for prompt notification to the coaching staff. Early communication helps us plan effectively and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the continued quality of instruction for all athletes.  Contact catchersu@catchersu.com.

4. Weather Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances requiring the cancellation of a scheduled session, Catchers U® will notify participants as soon as possible via email, phone, or our official communication channels. If applicable, participants will also be informed of any alternative arrangements or rescheduling options.

5. Substitution of Coaches: Catchers U® reserves the right to substitute coaches when necessary to maintain the continuity and quality of our instructional programs. All coaches are thoroughly trained and follow our established curriculum to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction for every participant.

6. No Refunds or Credits: In alignment with our no makeup session policy, Catchers U® does not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions. Program fees are used to cover the costs associated with instruction, equipment, staffing, and facility usage throughout the duration of the program.

7. Program Changes: Catchers U® does not permit switching sessions within a camp once the event has begun. Additionally, private lesson times may not be switched at any time. This policy ensures consistency, fairness, and the smooth operation of our programs.

8. Cancellations: Participants may cancel a program or lesson up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date by logging into their account and navigating to the My Bookings page. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a fee. The cancellation fee for private lessons is $50, while the fee for camps or other events is 50% of the total cost.

9. Exceptions: In rare cases involving extenuating circumstances—such as prolonged illness or serious injury—Catchers U® may consider exceptions to our standard policies on a case-by-case basis. Please note that general injuries, schedule conflicts, or personal commitments do not qualify for exceptions. All exception requests must be submitted in writing to catchersu@catchersu.com for review.

Policy Acknowledgment: By enrolling in our baseball and softball instruction programs, participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to adhere to the policies outlined above.

Catchers U® reserves the right to review and update this policy as necessary to best serve the interests of our participants and maintain the quality of our programs.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding our policy.  For questions, please contact catchersu@catchersu.com.
