Catchers U® Catchers Season Prep Program - Youth Players The Catchers U® Season Prep Program is a focused 6-week training experience designed to prepare catchers for the demands of the upcoming season. The program stands on its own and does not require prior participation in any Catchers U® training. Building on core catching fundamentals, the emphasis is on sharpening receiving, blocking, and throwing with game-speed execution and competitive readiness in mind. Weekly sessions are structured around real-game demands, reinforcing consistency, efficiency, and confidence while helping catchers translate practice reps into in-game performance. This program focuses on: - Preparing catchers for the physical and mental demands of the season through advanced receiving, blocking, and throwing - Delivering individualized instruction and feedback tailored to each catcher - Building confidence and readiness so catchers enter the season prepared to perform at a high level Dates: February 19, 26, March 5, 12, 19, 26 Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm Day: Thursdays Duration: 1x per week, 6-week program Grade: 3rd - 5th Gender: Boys & Girls Price: EARLY BIRD Price until January 18th: $275 per player Price starting January 19th: $300 per player *Space is limited to 16 players to ensure quality instruction Location: Catchers U® | 6781 Kennedy Rd., Suite 7, Warrenton, VA 20187 Equipment Needed: - Bat, batting gloves, helmet, athletic shoes - Water bottle For questions, please contact catchersu@catchersu.com.
