The Always Grind: Catcher's Notebook is designed to give our catchers the proactive tools needed to track and gain insights during games and practices. Included in the notebook are sections for:

Game logs (opposition's lineup and notes, umpire notes, and post-game reflection);
Practice logs and evaluation; and
