Catchers U® Fall Catching Program - Youth Players The Catchers U® In-Season Program is specifically for catchers looking to maintain and elevate their performance during live competition. With weekly sessions designed around real game demands, this 6-week program keeps catchers game-ready, confident, and continually improving. This program focuses on three core areas: - Receiving - Blocking - Throwing to Bases Program Highlights: - In-Season Focus: Maintain and sharpen core defensive skills—receiving, blocking, and throwing—through high-rep, game-speed training - Real-Game Corrections: Review plays from recent games and apply targeted adjustments to improve in real time - Game Prep & Confidence: Stay mentally and physically ready for upcoming opponents with strategic, focused drills. - Situational Awareness: Develop fast decision-making and game IQ through live-action, problem-solving scenarios. - Seasonal Availability: Offered during both spring and fall, this program fits seamlessly into your in-season schedule Each session aims to prepare athletes for upcoming games while also reviewing key plays from previous games that may need improvement. By emphasizing real-time problem-solving, the program helps catchers develop the ability to make quick, effective decisions—allowing them to perform at full speed and with confidence. In-season programs are offered during both the fall and spring seasons.
