Training Programs

Catchers U® training programs are designed to develop complete athletes through focused instruction in catching, hitting, and core fundamentals. Each program runs once per week over multiple weeks, giving players consistent, high-quality reps without overwhelming their schedule.

Seasonal training that evolves with the game, so players are always improving.

Structured Training. Real Development.

Catchers U® programs are built to provide athletes with consistent, progressive development throughout the year. Each program meets one day per week over several weeks, allowing players to focus on skill growth while balancing team commitments and game schedules.

Our training is intentionally structured by season to match the needs of the athlete at that point in their development cycle.

  • In-Season

    • Focus on performance, consistency, and game-ready execution. Sessions emphasize efficiency mechanics, situational awareness, and maintaining strong habits during the season.

  • Off-Season

    • A deeper focus on skill development, strength of fundamentals, and mechanical improvement. This is where athletes build, refine, and elevate their game without the pressure of competition.

Whether an athlete is preparing for the upcoming season or looking to take the next step in their development, Catchers U® programs provide the structure, coaching, and repetition needed to improve with purpose.

Coach Joe Singley talks to catchers on the field
"Jack was one of the first people to encourage me to start my coaching career in college. He instilled confidence in myself and work as a student athlete at Coastal Carolina. Without Jack's support and encouragement, I would not have continued the journey at this young age. Jack is a class act, extremely personable, and I value our friendship just as much as his knowledge."
