About Us
Catchers U® is built for athletes who are serious about elevating their game. We develop complete players through elite-level training in baseball and softball catching, hitting, and overall fundamentals. Our program is designed to build confident, disciplined athletes who can perform under pressure and lead on and off the field.
Through proven training methods and mentorship from strong role models, players refine their mechanics, strengthen their bodies, and sharpen their mental approach. Players are prepared to compete at the highest level of the game.
What to Expect
Elite Foundation
Athletes develop precise, repeatable mechanics for catching, throwing, hitting, and overall field play. Players build a strong technical foundation that translates directly to game performance.
Precision & Game-Speed Execution
Players are trained to move efficiently and react with purpose. From receiving and blocking to footwork and pop time, we emphasize clean movements first, then progress to executing at full game speed.
Complete Player Development
Our training goes beyond the catcher position. Athletes refine their hitting approach and sharpen fundamental skills across all areas of the game to become well-rounded, high-impact players.
Mental Edge
We train competitors. Through accountability, focus, and attention to detail, athletes develop confidence, leadership, and composure. Players learn how to perform under pressure and support their team at a high level.
