Catchers U® Fall Catchers Program - Softball Players The Catchers U® Fall Catchers Program is designed for high school catchers looking to maintain and elevate their performance during live competition. This 6-week, in-season program features weekly sessions built around real-game demands, keeping catchers game-ready, confident, and continually improving. Core focus areas: - Receiving - Blocking - Throwing to Bases Program Highlights: - In-Season Skill Maintenance: Sharpen receiving, blocking, and throwing through high-rep, game-speed training - Real-Game Adjustments: Review recent game situations and apply targeted corrections immediately - Game Preparation & Confidence: Stay mentally and physically prepared with focused, opponent-ready drills - Situational Awareness: Improve decision-making and game IQ through live-action scenarios - Seasonal Availability: Offered in both spring and fall to fit seamlessly into the in-season schedule Each session prepares catchers for upcoming games while addressing areas for improvement from recent competition. Emphasizing real-time problem-solving, the program helps catchers perform at full speed with confidence.
