Catchers U® Catchers Receiving, Blocking, Throwing (RBT Program) - Middle School Softball Players The Catchers U® Catchers Receiving, Blocking, Throwing (RBT) Program is designed specifically for catchers focused on developing elite receiving, blocking, and throwing skills - the foundational tools of every great catcher. Structured around the demands of real-game situations, this 6-week program provides weekly sessions that will fully prepare catchers for the challenges of their upcoming season. This program focuses on: - Traditional and one-knee stances - Receiving and blocking effectively from each catching position - Throwing to all bases - Position-Specific Throwing Programs - Fielding Bunts and Back Picks - Visual Tracking - Mobility Training - Game Management - Leadership Development Over the course of this 6-week program, catchers will be trained and developed in all aspects necessary to be fully prepared and maximize their potential for their upcoming season.
