Catchers U® Catchers Receiving and Blocking Only Program (RBO Program) - The Catchers U® Catchers Receiving and Blocking Only Program (RBO Program) is specifically for catchers developing elite receiving and blocking skills - the foundation for every great catcher. With weekly sessions designed around real game demands, this 6-week program keeps catchers game-ready, confident, and continually improving. This program focuses on: - Traditional and one-knee stances - Receiving and blocking effectively from each position - Visual Tracking - Mobility Training - Game Management - Leadership Development Each session aims to prepare athletes for upcoming games while also reviewing key plays from previous games that may need improvement. By emphasizing real-time problem-solving, the program helps catchers develop the ability to make quick, effective decisions—allowing them to perform at full speed and with confidence.
