The Catchers Lab The Catchers Lab is Catchers U®'s small-group catching program for players who want to sharpen their skills behind the plate. Got a group of four catchers who want to train together? Teammates, friends, or players from the same program can book a session as a group and get maximum reps with direct feedback from a coach. With only four players in each group, there's no waiting in line and no getting lost in the crowd. Sessions cover receiving, blocking, throwing, and the leadership it takes to run a game. Whether your group needs to clean up framing, quicken transfers, or get more comfortable blocking balls in the dirt, The Catchers Lab gives you focused time to build the habits that show up on game day.
