About Coach Lauren: Lauren played her High School ball at Stone Bridge HS, where she was a captain who led her team to a state title in 2019. She played her college ball at Longwood University where she was named 1st Team All Big South as an outfielder. Her coaching speciality is slapping. Off the field Coach Lauren had an even greater impact as she received both the Joan of Arc Excellence Award and the Henry I. Willet Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award. She brings a genuine approach to her clients and has the unique ability to connect and communicate complicated concepts simply to those she works with. We are so excited to have Coach Lauren on board with Catchers U®! Why Catchers U®? Since 2012 Catchers U® has been a premier Catching Academy in the Country. Over 130 members have gone onto play in college, with a handful also going Pro. Catchers U®'s focus is to maximize every Catcher's game to their full potential.
