Fundamentals University Middle and High School hitting Clinic Led by Jack Ferrick (Catchers U®) the infield clinic is an opportunity for hitters to get feedback, drills, and situational training on hitting off speed pitches. Meet Coach Jack Ferrick: -Co-Founder & CEO of Catchers U® -Over 18 years of experience in the Northern Virginia area -Collegiate player at United States Naval Academy -Previously coached at Colonial Forge High School, Freedom (Woodbridge) High School, and Osbourn Park High School Date: Friday September 11th Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm Grades: 6th - 12th Price: $105 per player Location: Catchers U® | 6781 Kennedy Rd., Suite 7, Warrenton, VA 20187 Topics will include: -Identifying the pitch: Learn to recognize off-speed pitches from both right- and left-handed pitchers. -Staying Offensive While Hitting: Develop timing, controlled load, and a strong lower half so hitters can stay be just as dangerous when hitting off speed pitches. -Attack with confidence: Practice quality at-bats against both RHP and LHP, focusing on staying through the baseball and driving pitches to all fields Equipment Needed: Hitters will need gear including athletic shoes (NO CLEATS) bat, and helmet.
